I feel the best toys are the ones designed for learning. And, while most stimulate a child’s mind in some way, few also encourage movement. So I didn’t hesitate when contacted by Big Box Play!™ to review such a product. A Big Box Play!™ kids playhouse will have your child building, then, exploring the space they helped to create!

Why Choose A BigBoxPlay!™ Playhouse?
Children love how ‘BIG’ they feel when in a smaller space like a fort or tent. Big Box Play!™ makes ease of building a sturdy playhouse together with your child. Make the task clear at the beginning and see them start to work.
Each playhouse is made in the USA of bio-degradable, formaldehyde-free cardboard. Eco-friendly (huge plus+ in my book!) and stores flat.

Encourages Exploration and Play
Due to the sheer size of it, Big Box Play!™ won’t end up at the bottom of the toy box, never to be played with again. Your child won’t need reminders to play with it since it is easily viewable in the area in which it is set up. It provides ample space during play dates. It easily accommodated a couple of 3 year-olds climbing and tumbling in, around, and on it recently.
Integrates Technology-To an Extent
There is also a digital media supplement in the form of videos. Since the goal of Big Box Play!™ is to get kids moving, the videos are purposefully short. There is excitement at seeing the very same playhouse on the screen and how other children play. This helps in the area of social-skills.

My Final Thoughts
What I like most about the Big Box Play!™ kids playhouse is the many skills it targets essential to a child’s development. STEM skills as well as gross-motor, fine-motor, communication, and visual discrimination to name a few. Also, since the playhouses are set up indoors, it’s easier to supervise and even involve yourself in your child’s play. Finally, I love the family involvement of putting it together. Definitely makes for a fun family memory!
